Frequently asked questions
Which syringe size should I choose?
Pick the smallest barrel that holds your largest single dose: 0.3 cc for doses up to 30 units, 0.5 cc for up to 50 units and 1 cc for up to 100 units. Smaller barrels have more space between the unit markings, so small doses are easier to read.
What is the difference between 31G and 30G?
The gauge is the thickness of the needle. A higher number means a thinner needle, so 31G is slightly thinner than 30G. Many people find thinner needles more comfortable; your healthcare provider can advise what suits you.
Can I use these syringes with any insulin?
These syringes are marked for U-100 insulin. Use them only with U-100 insulin, and check the strength printed on your insulin vial.
How many syringes are in a box?
Each box contains 100 sterile, single-use syringes.
How do I dispose of used syringes?
Use each syringe once. Put used syringes in an FDA-cleared sharps container, or follow your local rules for sharps disposal. Never put loose needles in household trash or recycling.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $90 or more. Every order ships in discreet packaging.
