Shipping policy

At diaTHOR, our goal is to ship your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

  • Most orders are processed and fulfilled within 2 business days after the order is placed.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (CT) are often eligible for same-day fulfillment, depending on order volume and product availability.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United States
- Standard Shipping: $9.99, or free on orders of $90 or more. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- UPS® Ground Saver and UPS Next Day Air Saver®: the rate is calculated at checkout.

Canada
- DHL Express Worldwide: the rate is calculated at checkout.

All shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders ship from our fulfillment center at 806 Summer Park Dr, Suite 250, Stafford, TX 77477. Delivery estimates begin when your order is handed to the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is fulfilled, it will be handed to the carrier for delivery. Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method and the carrier’s current service conditions. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your shipment is on its way.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages. Additionally, once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for orders that are reported as not received by the customer.

Carrier-Marked Delivered Packages
If a carrier marks a package as delivered but it goes missing, this is considered a carrier issue. While we will assist where possible, we are not responsible for packages lost after delivery is confirmed.

International Orders (Canada)

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, GST/HST, or other government-imposed charges. These fees are determined by Canadian customs authorities and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges collected by diaTHOR.

The recipient is solely responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, fees, or other import-related charges required for delivery. diaTHOR is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or for any additional charges assessed by customs authorities.
