Cancellation policy

Purchase Options – Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase as long as the order has not yet been fulfilled.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

For subscription or recurring purchase options, cancellations will apply to future shipments only. Any order that has already been processed or shipped is not eligible for cancellation.
