ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT TIME

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment according to the following schedule:

  • Most orders are processed and fulfilled within 2 business days after the order is placed.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Central Time, Monday–Friday) are often eligible for same-day fulfillment, depending on order volume and product availability.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Central Time), or on weekends and public holidays, are processed on the next business day.

Processing times refer to order preparation before shipment and do not include carrier transit time.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages. Additionally, once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for orders that are reported as not received by the customer.

International Orders (Canada)

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, GST/HST, or other government-imposed charges. These fees are determined by Canadian customs authorities and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges collected by diaTHOR.

The recipient is solely responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, fees, or other import-related charges required for delivery. diaTHOR is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or for any additional charges assessed by customs authorities.

SECTION 12 - FREE SHIPPING OPTIONS

Free shipping eligibility for orders over $90 applies only to Standard Shipping rates. Regardless of the shipping method selected by the customer during checkout, qualifying subscription orders placed through Ordergroove will be shipped using the Standard Shipping method only.

For regular (non-subscription) orders, customers may choose and receive any available shipping method selected at checkout.
