Easy to order, great product

I love how the website is designed / how quick and easy it was to search for and order the insulin syringes that I prefer to use to manage my diabetes. I recommend this seller over any big name seller.

Preferred Product

They bend sometimes but are still usable. Very small and painless.

Wrong box

Actually they messed up my order on one of the boxes. I ordered 2 boxes one was 30 gauge 1cc 5/16 and the other 31gauge 1cc 5/16 and they sent me a 29 gauge box. But I read they don't do returns so now I gotta re order. Even though the box hasn't been opened.

We sincerely apologize for the error that occurred. Could you kindly provide us with a photograph capturing the initial unboxing of the package? This would greatly assist us in understanding the situation more comprehensively. Your cooperation is highly appreciated as we work towards a resolution. Thank you for your understanding and prompt attention to this matter.

Best regards,

Seems smaller, more flexible

Seems like the 12.7mm and 8mm 30ga syringe is different. The 12.7 bends very easily. And about 1/4 of a box are too dull to break skin. That goes for 8mm,12.7mm 30GA and 12.7mm 29GA. Those are the only 3 I’ve tried so I can’t speak for anything else. But all are bout same. I throw over a bag away each box. Won’t go in the insulin bottle or after that it’s so dull the needle will slide up your skin instead of piercing it.
