I had a problem with my order. Zero communications received from your company.

I recently placed an order with this company and immediately realized I ordered the wrong product. WIthin minutes I sent an email to the email address listed in the email and on the website. No response. I sent 2 or 3 emails follow up emails after that. No response. The wrong product was delivered in a timely manner. Now I need to open a charge dispute with my credit card company since I have no idea how to return the wrong product (which shouldn't have been shipped in the first place).

As long as you order the correct product this company seems fine. If you have any problem what so ever... beware.

Awesome syringes. Very sharp and I have yet to encounter a dull one like the ones you find on Amazon. I use them for TRT and totally satisfied. Only con is it is made in China but I do like this brand because I know I will get a good pin!
